Digital tickets allows patrons to use a mobile device as a show ticket. Patrons will gain admission into the show via a unique QR code, which will be scanned directly from a mobile device.
Yes. Patrons can view all of their tickets by swiping left or right from a mobile device. We highly encourage patrons to transfer a ticket to each member of their party to allow for the easiest entry and access throughout the venue.
Patrons can contact the BTL Office at 256-518-6155, and they will work with them to determine the best way to get into the show.
It is recommended to view and add tickets to the mobile device’s digital wallet at least 48 hours before the event and before arriving at the venue.
No, we use the Ticketmaster platform, but your tickets will ONLY be visible on your BTL Account Manager site
Yes! After you’re logged into your account manager, you can select a show and an option will show at the bottom to transfer to another person’s email or phone number.
Before arriving at the show, download your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Once the tickets are downloaded, connectivity or Wi-Fi is not required to access tickets and/or parking.
There is an “add to apple wallet” button underneath the ticket barcode. If you don’t see this button, flip your phone sideways to see if it appears. You can select the button and then turn the phone back and click on “add” on the top right of the screen.
Go to your iphone Settings>Celluar and scroll down to the “wallet” app and make sure it is toggled to green. Another option is to make sure you are on a wifi network.
No, you can choose to add show tickets to your digital wallet as you need them, or all at once. We recommend using a digital wallet ahead of time to avoid problems with cell connections in the building.
NO, a digital ticket must be provided either within the official website or Ticketmaster Account on a mobile device or within a mobile device’s digital wallet to gain entry. Photocopies of digital tickets, screen shots, scans and/or pictures of hard tickets will not be permitted for entry. Paper Tickets from Broadway Theatre League or the VBC Box Office ARE permitted.
We ask that everyone give digital tickets a try as there are many features not offered with print. That being said, we can absolutely print them for you. Please note that if you receive printed tickets, you will not have any of the digital abilities including the ability to do your own exchanges online or digitally transfer the tickets. If you would prefer the printed, I can mark your account as such and those would go out later this year.
Additional items that are not show tickets, such as parking passes, membership cards and drinks cards are not digital
We allow ticket exchanges for other performances of the same show. Season and Pick 3+ Ticket members can do their own ticket exchanges through their BTL Account Manager. The fee is $5 per ticket for an exchange. Patrons that are $250+ contributors may do their exchanges instantly online (at the rate of $5 per ticket) or contact our office for their free ticket exchange. Single ticket buyers that purchased tickets through BTL may call BTL or stop by our office to exchange. Other single ticket buyers should go through their original point of purchase (ticketmaster.com or the main VBC Box Office).
All sales to BTL shows are final. No refunds are allowed. You may exchange your ticket for another performance of the same show (see previous question)
Yes. All children, regardless of age, must have a ticket even if they will be sitting in a lap.
